StarCHO Feed Plus Medium | OPM Biosciences

StarCHO Feed Plus is a chemically defined feed medium formulated for high-density fed-batch processes across multiple Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell subtypes. It is hydrolysate-free, animal-origin free (AOF), and does not contain L-glutamine. It contains 83 g/L D-glucose.

Recommended cell subtypes: CHOZN GS-/-, etc.

Titer Comparison for StarCHO Plus and StarCHO Feed Plus-1

StarCHO Feed Plus, used in combination with StarCHO Plus Medium and CDFS12 Feed Supplement, outperformed a competitor in CHOZN GS-/-mAb expression, showing 90% titer increase on Day 14, with higher late-stage VCDs and viability.
