Where no adequacy decision exists for this country, or where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards, including:

  • International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (UK Addendum) under UK GDPR
  • Security assessments or certifications as required under PIPL

6. Employee- & recruiting-related collection and processing

This Privacy Policy does not apply in the following scenario:
